Customers should promptly inform Tyson EV about any accident, damage, theft, breakdown, battery issue, or other significant vehicle problem.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorised modification, improper charging, or unauthorised repair may not be covered under applicable warranty or service terms.
Customers should verify the vehicle model, variant, part number, and compatibility before purchasing spare parts or accessories.
Certain parts and accessories may have separate warranty, return, or replacement conditions.
Vehicle and component warranties are subject to the applicable warranty terms provided with the product.
Warranty coverage may exclude damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or repair, improper charging, normal wear and tear, or other stated exclusions.
All Tyson EV logos, trademarks, website content, images, graphics, videos, product descriptions, and other intellectual property may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.
Customers must not attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, scrape, or misuse the TYSON EV website.

Third-Party Financing: Promotional financing schemes, including monthly EMI estimates, low-interest loans, and zero down-payment offers, are provided exclusively through partnering Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and banking institutions. TYSON EV facilitates loan application processing and does not act as a direct money lender.
Loan Eligibility: All loan approvals, interest rates, processing charges, and required down payments are determined at the sole discretion of the lending partner based upon customer creditworthiness, KYC documentation, CIBIL score, and vehicle model chosen.
Performance Estimates & ARAI Testing: Stated electric vehicle specifications, including estimated certified range (km per charge), top speed (km/h), and battery charging durations, are tested under standard laboratory and ARAI test cycles. Actual real-world range and performance will vary according to rider payload, road topography, ambient temperature, tire pressure, riding speed, and driving behavior.
